Other Areas Of Counselling I Deal With

I have a particular interest and experience working with loss and grief using person-centred counselling. Working with many different forms of loss including bereavement, loss of a relationship, loss of a childhood, loss of a job, loss of freedom, loss of a dream, loss of yourself. I will provide a safe space for you to explore your unique experience.

Supervision

My approach to supervision is to work with you in a collaborative and supportive way, providing a safe space for you to explore, reflect and grow. I feel passionately that person-centred supervision encourages counsellors/therapists to be open & confident to bring all aspects of themselves & their work to supervision. I offer restorative & reflexive supervision, a space to explore your experience with your clients & develop trust in yourself.

I honour and cherish the uniqueness of each individual narrative I hear.

Counselling offers a means to make sense of your experience and to feel heard.
